The hotel was wonderful and fantastic with fantastic location just next door to a tram stop in winter, the centre on the trams and the north shore with great bus. The room was spotless and functional and offered a hair dryer and a walk-in shower, so that guests had essentials. The breakfast was incredible, had variety of options. The service was excellent during my stay. Food was gorgeous and I have nothing but excellent memories from this trip.

Fairly clean and fantastic accom with marvellous and lovely location really close to trams for 24 hours from point of purchase as well as the tram stop. Spotless room with extremely comfy bed and smoke detectors for safety measures.

The whole experience was relaxing, nothing to complain about, would be happy to recommend. Everything was amazing, amicable staff, lovely views of the sea and sunsets. We had well laid out, brand-new room, liked the location, it was ideal on tram line to Fleetwood too. Included a lounge area and coffee, and the bed was comfy. High-speed internet access was free and the service was excellent.

This luxury hotel has brand-new rooms and outstandingly accommodating staff. The onsite bar is cosy, the barmen offers cold drinks.

We were offered family room complete with hair dryer, TV, for instance.

The hotel was modern, the room was large and functional, had essentials for a very pleasant stay. Liked our freshly prepared breakfast with sausages, very competitive prices and beautifully cooked bacon. We where offered a very good service. Plus their wifi was free.

Everything about this pleasant hotel was fine. The location was unbeatable, and the marvellous breakfast was offered. Dined at Terra Nostra, it was just a short walk away from the venue. Our guest room was compact, with a comfortable bed. There was incredible food, the staff was accommodating.
